Brad Louder is a Western small town boy made good. A graduate of Black Hills State University, he has “won” in sales and sales management roles in diverse industries: radio, automotive and mortgage banking.

His first job after college was selling radio commercial time for a South Dakota station. This is also where he received his first exposure to focused adult education—a high performance sales workshop that helped him set sales records.

His first job after moving his family to Denver was selling cars and within three months had doubled the store’s revenue. Those results led to an opportunity to learn the mortgage banking business and after two successful employee experiences he and a partner founded ABM Mortgage and The Mortgage Banc. These companies recruited, trained and managed over 120 brokers in Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming and South Dakota.

Brad and Denice Louder are proud and active parents of Shelby and Bradley. This means juggling his career, her real estate career and numerous basketball tournaments, skateboarding events and family dinners. Brad’s other interests include skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, flying, motocross racing, poker and golf.
